The unnamed décor is a pink and yellow spatter. The orange is merely a result of the two colours overlapping. The dissimilarity between these examples of the same décor is quite marked, and I think typical of Welz.

These are a wonderful trio, Peggy. This is a great post showing how different a decor can look, and I agree that Welz did this quite a bit - more than other makers in my opinion.
