Amlico Gas Sign

This rough AMLICO porcelain sign came from a friend in Iowa. We have some other Amlico signs that are much nicer but this is the first we have ever seen that is this shield shape. The others are all round. AMLICO is a contraction of American Liberty Oil Company and it’s located in Kaufman TX and still operating I hear. The sign is a big 6’ and will fit in great with the rest at the Lakeside Storage Museum in Provo.
