Lovely antique hand painted bowl

I found this lovely footed bowl at a local thrift store a few months ago. It is marked Leonard Vienna Austria, MC 96, PPP Atlan. I wanted to find out more about the bowl and started doing my research. P.H.. Leonard, Vienna, Austria. Leonard was a New York importer well known for importing high quality Bohemian, Austrian and French porcelain during the last quarter of the 19th century. It appears that the P.H. Leonard firm went bankrupt sometime around 1898-1900. I believe the artist is Mabel C. Dibble but that is only a guess since I was unable to find much on her work. I would appreciate any information on this item.
