I wanted to show this pewter and enamel cross by H.J. SHERMAN.
At first glance of the makers mark, I saw the logo of SHERMAN, the Jeweler from Canada. Same Oval - script looks the same, but not Gus Sherman.
I don't know if the two companies are connected or related to one another, but, from the logo they appear to be the same one.

Different Sherman script and different oval. Lots of store jewellers who have same name but do not design.
