Cloudy pulegoso cased clear glass cabinet vase

I've never seen a similar piece and even dont know if this is called pulegoso.
The opening ist too tiny for flowers. It is made of massive cloudy cased clear glass and gets very thin to the opening. No idea where from and who made it but I really like it...
