The medal measures about 1-3/4" across, on a multi-link style chain 15" long when hanging doubled. Heavy shiny chrome (?) plated with dark blue fill-in on the front, brushed rear surface. It doesn't look all that old, but does look very nicely made. The "UBI CARITAS..." text is from the Latin, translating as "where charity and love are, there God is, which has been used as a chant/hymn text in some religious settings since ancient times.

I don't really know what the addition of the obviously *not* Latin word "INTEGRITY" means to it, but I do believe there is a modern human-rights organization (with church roots) called 'Integrity', so perhaps that's what it is...?
