These both appear to be Roman Catholic items, particularly Polish RC.
Google suggests the 27p. booklet is for the celebration of a Holy Hour Vigil, the glass ornament/souvenir is 3-1/8" square with a small beveled edge, backpainted with its depiction of "Pamiatka z Czestochowy", a famous Polish church. It has something pencil written on its paper backing, and one end of its hanger string is loose.
