    I'm not sure if this plate has ? ? written underneath. The painting rather looks japanese to me but I haven't been able to find this mark... Could it be chinese for the Japanese market? Does this reads "God's pottery"?
    Or "Pottery God"?
    I should not believe Google translations I guess...
