I've collected a lot of interesting exhibit catalogs, but i think this is one of the most interesting. The piece by Ben Talbert on the cover is gorgeous! Some are pretty wild and others look oddly prescient to the growing homeless encampments in every California city today. 'Works from the 1950s and Early 1960s' contains pieces by Ed Kienholz, Wallace Berman, Bruce Connor, and a few others. This catalog is beautiful and incredibly interesting for anyone interested in modern art history and california.
