FYI, that manual for a Dial 'n' Sew Centennial I linked for you over on the other old Universal sewing machine thread should cover the KOYO Dial N Sew 816, per this thread where I found the link:

I'm afraid that that is one hundred percent of what I know about this particular vintage machine. KOYO's website no longer seems to carry any sewing machine manuals.
