It is hard to see the blue in the handle but it is there. For some reason the camera is having trouble reading it. It is a bit hard to see under normal light but easy to see in full sunlight.
Now aside from the color it is the typical Cub Scout knife. Please note you need to have your whittling badge to carry it.
It has three blades. The usual knife, can opener and punch. As usual the punch was rarely used and very hard to open. A screwdriver would have been better.
It is 3 3/8" closed and the handle is Delrin. Aside from the emblem on the handle there is also an emblem on the blade letting one know it is an official Cub Scout knife.
Now with a new improved photo showing the blue handle.
What a difference the sunshine makes! Thanks for sharing that.
Thank you very much Alfie. Took a bit of experimenting to figure that out.
The blue really stands out in the sunshine. I like the colour
I have a couple of these somewhere too -- thanks for the reminder that I haven't seen them for a long time...wonder where they are...??
AO I wonder where a lot of things are too. That is the problem with having stuff.
