This is a close in hacksaw I assume. Not sure how to get blade out for replacement. I have searched the no on it but haven’t seen anything like it so far. Can anyone help?

Have often needed something like that.
The collar unscrews from the handle to remove the blade .
Looks like a Millers Falls Keyhole Saw, also called a jab saw, but called a Flex Saw by the manufacturer. Try rotating the ring at the base of the blade. This may loosen it.

Be careful. The body is made of aluminum and will be easy to damage, should you have to apply pressure or use tools to change the blade. Recommend that you use a lubricant first.
I could sure use that -- now, I'm gonna have to go off looking to see if they're still made/available?! I've already got several varieties of 'mini/close' hacksaws, but can tell at first look that this one would perform better for what I usually need them for?!! :-) :-) :-)
