By far the most abundant critter here are white tail deer. Each fall brings out the buck to show off their racks. Over the years there have been some fairly big ones, 14-16 point. Another view was the fight of two deer, the second deer barely visible in the shot. And obviously the rarest of the visitors was the 200 plus pound black bear from a few years ago. And even still more rare, that famous red nosed critter.
Yours are the best trail cam pictures I’ve seen!
Fabulous animal photos, and like how you made the deer into Rudolph lol
I need one of those cameras. There are a lot of critters around here.
Trail cams are great. You can spend a little, or a lot. I got this one for under 30. Good night pics and day pics as well. Uses a microcard for its photo storage.
K45389, Trail cams are great. :-)
Science is actually learning a lot of surprising things about different species because of trail cams.
Not to mention fun stuff. That sighting of a black bear might not be common where you are, but it's so common in other areas that people have captured pictures/video of black bears in their backyard hammock:

This person even put out a hammock especially for the bears:

Ms.CrystalShip, Yes indeed, deer do love to eat leaves.
I was a bit in disbelief the first time I saw a deer get up on its hind legs to grab leaves off of a tree, but it's actually a common maneuver for them.
