Small brass blow torch,

I gave this blow torch to my father about 20 years ago and when he passed away recently, I came across it again.
8 inches high. A rubber tube goes on the end of the pipe and after lighting the wick, the user positions the end of the pipe near the flame and by blowing through the tube makes a fine flame. A sleeve on the end slides up to cover the wick.
