The large divided plate was designed by Pavel Panek, a Czech designer with several iconic designs to his name. The plate itself was created by ring-less pressing. I have another, larger version, of this plate design posted here, though with a different design imprinted on the back. Here the design is 'Vine' with added lustres. The designer was Vaclav Zajic who specialised in designs suitable for ring-less pressing and centrifugal casting.
I've had the plate several years and don't collect Sklo union any more. However I couldn't resist buying the two small bowls and the serviette holder as I hadn't even seen a serviette holder previously. The small bowls and the serviette holder were also made by ring-less pressing. The serviette holder would have had further shaping afterwards.
Sklo Union Art Before Industry : 20th century Czech Pressed Glass by Marcus Newhall is my source for certain facts.

I have never seen something like these before; I learned something new here - thank you! They have great shapes; I love the napkin holder.

That you hadn't seen glass like this before, Michelle, is hardly surprising as it was made during a difficult period in Czech glass history. Not to mention the fact that there was no marketing, as we know it, of this glass.

Such an interesting post Peggy. I haven't seen these before and would never have guessed them Czech.
Japanese? Yes would have been my guess!

Karen, I'm guessing that ringless pressing didn't get much beyond experimental and so production figures were probably low. However there were about four different relief designs used on the underneath.
