Still in its little plastic clip-top box, this is a gold (plated?) and blue enamel lapel pin. Somebody got awarded [?] this after 25 yrs [!!] of loyal service/labor for the Company. [gee THANKS guys, I guess...?] Not seen here, there is a little bit of masking tape on the bottom of the box with a handwritten surname and maybe a date, but I can't make all that out now.

I got to thinking, and a gold *plated* pin would be pretty chintzy indeed for 25yrs...so I unclipped the pin from its cardboard velour and looked on its back for the first time. Whaddayaknow -- it looks to be stamped "_6B 10K". I don't know what the first part of that means, but the last part is sorta self-explanatory, isn't it...?? ;-) :-) :-) New pic added shows the back inscription, does anybody recognize what that maker's mark translates to?
