    My Father found in the 70's in vicinity of Flatbush Brooklyn NY.
    He loved it & while yes it has damage on the eye, he thought the face was beautiful.
    We've always wondered about it and noticed the frame was so old. We were wondering if you had any input to offer our dead ends

      Possibly by Solomon Joseph Solomon. DEFINITELY looks like his signature. TAKE it to a legit appraiser. Have it cleaned & repaqired.
