Pump organs like this were at their height of popularity in the first decades of the 1900's, generally, when they were mass produced and often ended up with names printed on them that were not those of their actual makers. Not to say that your Hamilton is one of those, just a possibility. (because I don't really recall that name offhand...?) Could you show us a picture of the paper and number you found in it, and maybe another showing the full front of the instrument and/or its keyboard and stop knobs in greater detail? (or anything else you might find on it in the way of markings and whatnot) Your instrument *is* unique for the style of case it is housed in, that may be a good clue to ultimately help find out more about it.
