This vase came to me today (thanks to Marty for the sale notification). It is again the same shape that is known, among other things, in the Rindskopf Diluvium design. The last photo shows a collage of shapes with various decors, including Rindskopf Diluvium.
The dimensions of the vase are 11.9 x 10 x 7.5 cm. I assigned it as Rindskopf, but I have to support it with more evidence. Other glassworks that could be considered are Kralik and Pallme Koenig. So I'm looking for other shapes with this decor.
very nice collection going on here ......
This is such a wonderful vase...I would love to get an example of my own someday!
marvelous everything
This is a great decor Ales, and looks wonderful on this shape!
It is a lovely vase! (They all look great, thank you for the group photo!) I think it is Rindskopf too. Does this vase react under UV light?
I mentioned to another collector that Baccarat produced many models in this shape, but with an etched poinsettia (Houx) decor, and some with an etched Eglantier pattern, (I have several).
I know of an iridescent and etched model, by Amedee Caranza in this shape as well, and a solid white opaline model, with hand painted floral picture on one side.
I have this model in clear crystal with gold decor, by Baccarat, and one that is all black (Hyalith?) in linear, ground, Chinoiserie decor, (I believe also by Baccarat).
I'm curious to know if Baccarat shared/sold this model/mold to Rindskopf...
