Hey all,
I found these rocks at my local antique store. I'm a new metalsmith and wanted start cutting my own stone for jewelry are these agate stones? should I save any of these for later when I know what I'm doing?

Hi AnythingObscure they are I love them! I did see a gemstone friend of mine today he said the purple stone maybe a thunderegg from Stein mountain and the two large green red brown are Maury mountain moss agate. I cant wait to cut and cab them up ( BIG SMILES ) Thanks for all the LOVE I will post other I have in my collection.
