    Military button unknown age , material possibly gold outer shell brass inner with shank or copper , maybe gold plate front , Waterbury company known for gold buttons . Any feedback is appreciated

      Well if it is gold it will sure fool lots of people because they sell online ( asking price ) $2.81.
