lovely color and only 5 '' tall with all that detail..nice score...
He really looks um...’goosey’ looking! The long neck makes him seem really curious or intrigued by something- I think he may be wondering if he should investigate or not?! His blue is a gorgeous shade too, really deep and rich, royal blue maybe...? I think he’s my favorite item of yours this week, he seems to have so much personality in such a simple sculpting
New glass makers name- tick
Well modeled critter with lots of character - tick
Beautiful coloured glass - tick
Hey hey it must be Thursday! Jenni has posted!!
Love the color on this! So pretty
I loved raising geese on the farm, what a glorious place to be. Your light seems to place that goose in glorious light of his own. Crowning touch to a beautiful goose !~
Thank you so much for the love

Thank you Rocky for your wonderful praise for this goose, yes the deep blue is a great color in glass & this fellow is pretty well formed for its height
Lauren thanks a mil for your awesome comment, you are so right he is a very inquisitive looking goose, and I love that long neck & upward tilted pose as well. So glad he was your favorite of my posts this week, and glad I found a different type of bird for you!
Ha Karen, ya got me, I've become a regular Thursday poster and you know the reason why - always praying the wireless holds out, it's been good to me this wk, but last I had a "blackout" and had to put the charger on the unit (even tho it was already fully charged, but oh well, it worked!). You have ticked all the boxes of why I love this graceful goose, and I tried to get some sun on the glass to show how nice the color is - you know how dark colors sometimes don't come out great in regular lighting, so Mr Goose now looks his handsome best :) Fabulous praise as always thanks ever so much
Thank you MrsT for your lovely sweet compliments for this cobalt goose, it really is a nice dark blue shade and even has purple highlights in the sun, I love it too
Thanks Phil for commenting, glad you liked & that it brought back some happy geese memories for you
Beautiful! Do you keep the "menagerie" in one place?
Thanks sklo42 & vintagelamp for the kind love, so nice of you and always most gratefully appreciated
Thank you vintagelamp for your fabulous praise, and yes I do keep most of them in 2 display towers, I posted pictures of them with different glass animals, if you put Pilgrim glass bird pair and Boyd Glass cat in the search box here you can see them. Of course I have a lot of overflow and can really use a couple more cabinets, maybe a gift from hubby for Christmas (?!!)
Beautiful display case. Love it! Hope that you get a new one for Christmas!!!
Thank you!! Actually gave you the wrong info on the second one, it's under Boyd Glass kitten :) You are so nice vintagelamp, been thinking about your kind advice re: the Jeremy Brett Sherlocks, he is definitely the best - just watched him in Hound of the Baskervilles today. What a perfect nuanced performance, so much better than all the others - we still have some of the Memoirs shows left and one movie, loved them all!
That was a great episode. Glad that you like Jeremy Brett...he is the best. Looking up your Boyd glass kitten now. Take care!
Thanks Bruce & BB2 for the kind love for this Rainbow cobalt goose, it is very gratefully appreciated
