Looks to be the Model 1902 Officers saber. They are still made today and are purely ceremonial.
A maker's mark might help to date it. Should be opposite of the "Made USA".

Thanks Scott. I can't find any makers mark opposite the 'Made USA' mark. The age is interesting, 1902. The blade is engraved with a variety of both decorative and American symbols. Again, thank you for the insight.

Model year of 1902-- doesn't mean yours was produced then.
The "Made USA" markings probably puts yours at least 50 years later in the production.
