This is a necklace that I really like. From what I have been able to find out this is a 1930's german WMF Myra glassbead necklace.

My necklace consists of 32 pink coloured glass beads that has a warm glow to them. Between each glassbead there are 3 smaller metall beads. It is all strung on a metall chain. It is 44,5 cm long.
I am often drawn to glassbead necklaces from 1920'-1940's. There is something magical about them. I have waited several years for a necklace like this to come along and suddenly it did, hurray!
I love the warm pink color and the high quality of the glassbeads. The necklace is not "loud" byt has a simple elegance that I like. It can easily be worn to everyday office outfits as well as to an evening gown.
Any ideas, thoughts or information about WMF beads are welcome. Thanks for reading my post.

PhilDMorris I am greatful for your kind words. I am very fond of glassbeads. This is one of my favourites. Can be worn both with casual and more festive clothes.
