Cast replica. Genuine coins sell for $ 200 000 to $ 400 000.
During the latter part of the 60's and especially early 70's they sold a lot of jewelery like mens clumps of Caesar like coins necklaces. They were made for men a lot as I bought one during that time period about 1973. Also have seen other pieces with better detail and I see them sold as bronze period 1910 which I doubt are bronze at all. They most all had gold and bronze finishes but a silver finish was more prevailant.
