I don't know anything about this lamp base save it has a hottie in the center, It shows some wear but it is a solid hunk of metal. She is a beauty, Sadly, the wire was cut, flush with the base and there is no shade, that's okay though, She looks good in the sunlight
These look later 1940's where they made a lot of what are gazebo like table ornaments with lights. I have 2 which are not lamps circa 1910 to 1920 and are perfect moulding with a gorgeous gold finish. I have seen a lot of these sometimes even sold in groups as victorian era. The lamp has an unusual socket which looks French in origin. Yours is not prefect chasing or molding so you know its from the 1940's, not perfect but a nice example of an adaptation.
