Here's an ad from Chaffer Antiques, England for an antique Price of Bristol Victorian stoneware bottle. It gives some information about the manufacturer:

      https://chafferantiques.com/shop/product/antique-price-of-bristol-victorian-stoneware-lipped-bottle/

and another from Worthpoint for a stoneware bottle and jar from Bristol Stoneware:

      https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/price-bristol-stoneware-bottle-jars-464329803

and an overall google image search for Price Bristol Stoneware:

      https://www.google.ca/search?q=price+bristol+stoneware&tbm=isch&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiVjqXRqOXzAhXjhHIEHco7C-AQrNwCKAB6BQgBEIMC&biw=1897&bih=937

I notice the stamps are not always in the same positions, and I'm not sure what the "2" denotes on the top-side of your crock.
