Had seen these around for a while and always wanted one being a cat servant (you don't own them). The good thing was the vendor was local so no delivery costs and an opportunity to discuss glass with the owners who still had a lot of nice stuff.
20th century glass had one of these so all the info was available, pattern number 296/4/13. Shown in a 1970's Chribská catalogue, thanks guys a really informative website! 135high and 115 across the ears.
