    Getting to have a few of these now, what drew me to this one was the white trim and that after all this time no damage, just the metal frame missing as per usual with too many of them. 135mm x 64mm.

      This is a nice one, especially with that unusual crimp. Just posted one of these bowls myself...& I agree, they almost always lack their metal holders. I have had only one (which I sold) that actually came with a holder, though I suspected it was a later addition as the bowl never sat quite right in it!
      I think these are the Victorian equivalent of those Tango glass rose bowls which are more often than not missing their metal flower frogs...I do wonder sometimes what happened to all those missing metal parts...
