I'm gonna guess AO will be along to tell you all about it..he seems to have a lot of RR and signal stuff.

I can't say I recognize this one offhand, but it does look like it could have RxR usage (European?) or maybe mining, or something industrial like that. I know of a "Graybar" that is a longtime electrical/electronics supply distributor at least, but that might be a 'red herring' as I'm not sure how much of the stuff they sell actually has their own name on it.
I'd LOVE to see a few more pics of this light -- its backside, anywhere there are numbers or letters or a name or anything, and especially inside it if you can open it. (does the small lever seen do that?) What I *don't* see is where the name/numbers you specify are located, all I can make out is what looks like a "5293-L-8" reading backwards thru the lens, that may be on the mirror/reflector instead??
No joy yet in looking up that number or the ones you mention, I'll keep trying a bit more when I can get a little more time/info...? :-)

When I was a kid back in the 50's my neighbor had one just like this. He bought it at a Navy surplus store and it had navy markings on it. The neighbor was a doctor and carried it for when the power went out during a blizzard and he needed to make house calls.

This was a common item back in the 1950's when I was a kid. My grand-father had one. See: eBay listing:
