This is an authentic Victorian Valentine. The author is unknown. Imprint on the top left corner is “O & H”. O & H was a paper company in the 1800s that began to supply paper to the government. The paper has been linked to a Mormon woman’s letter from that time and a letter by Amos Kendall, a post master general from that time. Quite an exciting find for me!
