    I think that this is a litho cut from an old newsprint and colored in Germany. I think that's German underneath, but i'm not very familiar w/ that language. I think that the gilded frame is the inner frame to a larger, fancier frame. including the frame, it's 7.25 inches tall by 5 inches wide.
