I purchased this candleholder almost 20 years ago, and have never seen another like it. I would certainly love to have a pair, but more than that, I would love to know if anyone can identify if it was part of a known Weller line. It is inscribed "Weller Pottery" on the base, but has no other identifying marks to help place it.

Might be first one. There are Weller books which often the library carries and maybe in there. Gorgeous piece !~

Unfortunately, I've never seen it either in a Weller book or an auction catalog with Weller pottery. I do love it. I wonder if it might have been an experimental piece. Certainly mass-producing this design would not have been easy, with the potential for cracks or warping in the firing of the step-like "legs" holding the candle aloft.
