I found this interesting signed jug at a thrift shop, just had to buy it because of that wonderful mid century look. Its stands at 9 3/4 inches high and is in remarkable condition for an older piece. Has anyone got any ideas of who the artist is?

The signature is Italy and I am wondering if it's not an early Bitossi.
I'm no expert though so I suggest you join this group and ask them. World experts are on it.

Thank you so much racer4four, I found the maker myself with your info. It’s a Fratelli Franciullacci pottery ewer water jug! I really appreciate you taking the time to message me and let me know the signature was Italy.
