NOS ca. 1976 brass wallmount bedside lamp

Here's another lamp come across recently, this one wasn't in a dedicated box but did still have the bubblewrap taped on securely, looking like it just came out of a cardboard box. Only when I removed that did I find the label inside reading ALSY MFG. INC. (c) 1976 along with the blue UL label.

Lamps similar to this are commonly found in motel rooms screwed to the wall between the beds, but they usually have a different more 'general lighting' shaped fixture on the end of the swing arm instead of something shaped like this. I also have a pair of shiny brass floor lamps with the same kind of shade on them, leading me to believe this one wasn't necessarily made with commercial duty in mind.
