    This one of sturdy pressed glass is about 6" tall. I'd guess it is intended to be a goblet as it is a little short for a vase, but I don't know for sure. It probably isn't all that old or uncommon, there aren't any marks. It is a pleasantly proportioned thing, anyway?? :-)
