Offhand I'd wanna guess that this was a normal shaped Coke bottle first, then got 'ballooned' out by a glassblower. I remember when 'stretched neck' soda bottles were common things found at county fairs and etc. anyway, this could be a logical variation of those I suppose...??
It looks original, the seams, logos,, just baffling because it doesn't look tampered with, thanks!
