    Hello,
    Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am having difficulty identifying any information on this piece. From what I can tell from the stamping on the back the plate was made between 1920 and 1930. This is all the information I can find. Can someone please identify the front design and add more information on this. Thank You in advance. If the categories I selected are wrong please recatagorize this

      It looks hand painted, possibly was a blank which was decorated by a talented hobbyist, which was a popular pastime for ladies of leisure at that time
