Can anyone help ID these two RUSSELL pieces? Purchased by my mother who just passed away at 91. They were in her home since the 60s or 70s.

Going by information from the older post, I have part of the answer..
The art wholesaler Reliable Products of New Jersey. They imported and distributed by Reliable, Newark, NJ. Reliable handled prints and decorative oil paintings that were sold through Macy in the 1950s-1960s.
Does that say GIFU under the signature? Your pictures are very blurry and hard to see..

Thank you that bit of info is helpful. Yes- it says GIFU and the other says GENOA
Genoa is a city in Italy. So after seeing the older post, these were probably imported by Reliable.
