crystal ice bucket

I am assuming this piece is a little more than plain glass, simply because it feels like (and rings like) it is something on a slightly better level. It is unmarked however, so I don't have any way to back that up. (does anybody else recognize something??) It is about 6" across (without the handles) and 7" high, the sides are kinda thick but the bottom is much heavier.
