This is a Cabinet Card of my great, great, great, great (4th Great) grandparents. The first photo is the photo in question. The second photo is the back of the first photo. The third photo is of the woman whom I believe is in the first photo. I don't believe that I have a photo to compare the man here. Please help if you know anything. Comment Below...
The photograph is probably a copy image.
Just based on the photograph itself (not the death dates) I would date it to the 1880s- 1890s. It probably fits for the man, but obviously doesn't for the woman.
Do you have other photographs of the woman to confirm the ID? The ID appears to be in ball point pen, so it is significantly later than the original or the 1901 copy.

What size is the photograph?
It's about 6 1/2" tall. How CDVs and Cabinet Cards different? I have another photo posted on here that looks like this but is only 4" tall.
This would be classified as a cabinet card-- it is all about size.

Back to the identity of the people. The back reads Dicks's great grandfather and great grandmother, obviously everyone has 4 sets great grandparents. Dick is my great grandfather, his great grandparents are...
Burkley Poulton (1808-1887) & Rachel F. (Howell) Poulton (1805-1875)
Jesse Collins (1814-1887) & Jane (Dobbs) Collins (1805-1945)
Edward A. Call Sr. (1821-1878) & Mary (Sweeney) Call (1825-?)
Amaziah C. Mitchell (1840-1903) & Catherine (Alvis) Mitchell (1850-1900)
According to "scottvez" this photo dates to 1880s-1890s. Based on the above dates, either one or both of the people are dead in the 1880s-1890s. Except Amaziah and Catherine Mitchell, they are the only couple who were both alive when the photo was taken. Based on this information, I would conclude that this is Amaziah and Catherine.
I have a photo of Catherine to verify the identity, she is older here but it does look a lot like her. As for Amaziah, I have a photo that I am almost certain is him. The photo here and that other photo are VERY clearly the same man! So with everything adding up that's my conclusion!
This is the only thing that makes sense. This must be Amaziah and Catherine Mitchell.
Please let me know what you think...
Your guy on the right is in a WW1 era uniform and dates from about 1916- 1920.
He looks to be about 20- 25 years old meaning his birth is about 1890s AT THE EARLIEST.

Wow! Okay, this changes who I thought it was a lot. Is there anything about the uniform that would tell me anything more information about the soldier?
Do you think that the alignment of birth and death dates with when the photo was taken lines up in my last comment? I think that I finally figured out their identity! It makes the most sense to me.
The only identifying feature I can see in the WW1 soldier photo is his collar insignia.
They appear to be crossed rifles, so he was infantry-- the soldiers who do most of the fighting.
