I have this silver plate/charger that I am trying to identify maker and possibly year of manufacture. The only markings on the plate are the horse or dragon head etching and a small stamp mark on the back side of the plate. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Looks similar to H.H. Curtis & Company. But I don't think it is..not an expert, but my opinion.
