I have inherited some paintings and I am very interested in finding out the information. If anyone has any knowledge to share it would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know about this painting? It is oainted by Lem Newton.
Lemuel Newton was a member of a group of African American landscape artists known as the Florida Highwaymen who were active from the 1950s through the 1980s (and some beyond that). His brother Harold Newton was a leading member. The artists originally sold their paintings door to door, primarily in Florida (Rte 1 is where they get the “highway” name), since many galleries were racially discriminatory and wouldn’t include their work, but the group has since been duly recognized and shown in galleries and museums.
What is the name of this painting?
I do not know. Was hoping someone could give me some insight
