They are all turn-off barrels ?

No, Just the first one was made that way, I breeched the next 4 tight, and will just load like a standard Muzzle loading pistol.
I bought a junk London flintlock screw off barrel small pistol, original from the early 1800's , had some broken internals' and a broke frame at the grip mounting . I have tig welded and built up the missing area and worked it back too fit the original wood grip. This should be a shooter when I get it done. Cheers,

That "laurel mountain" browning does a fabulous job, but be sure to clean and do all the iron/steel together. Dixie Gun Works sells it. Turner Kirkland was a relative and friend and have to put in a plug for his business. The screw-off guns had a slightly larger chamber so you could use a slightly larger ball, so it wouldn't fall out and have a better grip on the bore. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir. LOL !
