ORREFORS crystal vase (decanter?)

I think this is a vase, but I suppose it could be a decanter without (missing) the stopper, I don't really know. I also don't know anything about its style, pattern, or age -- all I know is that ORREFORS is a 'good brand', and it has their label still on it. It stands about 8" tall, of heavy crystal glass.
