      I cannot see too much detail from the pics. A good place to find lost prisms are in a plastic bag at your local value village. Most of these lamps originated from the big lamp movement of the early 70's and in these cases up to about 1984 when these became out of style so to speak. A lot of the companies as these 2 cases can show some fine work with the metalwork on their lamps. Sometimes at best they can have an initial and 73 for a date as my dad's did. Most often 97% at least left no marks on them, and no campany records were left. If you look on ebay there are some similar ones week to week !~
