The glass part of it is an amber color and its kind of shaped like an oval top hat/ gravy boat without the spot it pours from. The bottom of it is a brass tray that it inserts into. It has etchings/scroll covering the top surface of the tray. On the bottom its smooth and has trade mark Brocade Reg USA W.B.Mfg.co. made in usa 3722.
WB MFG CO. Seems to have made a lot of different items. I believe this is a warming/serving tray?
