Ok, that one represents the PRR T1 4-4-4-4. One of the earlier Penn Line models which later was produced by Bowser Trains when they bought the Penn Line brand. Came with either a single motor or dual motors.
Looks like a Pennsylvania Railroad T1 4-4-4-4!
