Yes it’s is a 6’ “Common” Texaco Sign we found in Nebraska a while back. As you can see it’s a 1943 vintage. They started this incredible design in 1932 and didn’t change it until Lexan came out in the 1970s. I marvel at some of the iconic logos that were produced in the early days that have outlasted most of their creators. Texaco, Phillips, Coca Cola are among the best of the best.
We have a couple of the earlier “Black T” signs hanging next to the big green T to show the slight differences. Great design artists produce lasting work!

I recently showed a doorstop modeled after a Texaco advertisement. Do you have any 1930s Texaco signs that advertisement their "crack proof" winter oil? I would be curious to see them..

U got me on the crack proof motor oil. Never heard of it. I mostly just have the common signs and very few smaller signs. Likely thwt would.d be on a smaller sign. We almost exclusively had the big pole signs until recently when we started collecting for the Event Center Museum.
