Veedol quickly became one of the most well known Brands of motor oils when Henry Ford used it in his model Ts and Zepplin advertised it in their German Airships as their lubricant. While we do have nicer Veedol signs at the Lakeside Museum, these two well used examples are survivors of a lot of years of abuse but still work to advertise the famous iconic brand of oils of its day. It was produced by the Tidewater Oil Company which also produced Flying A gasoline.
